dc.description.abstractMedicine is one of the most risky jobs. Medical doctors should know not only to take care of the patients with medical procedures, but also should deal with the legal aspects of the cases. The responsibilities of the physicians differ from the malpractice and not to treatment patients with recent technique, to deficiency in their experiences. In addition, medical doctors should apply to have informed consents from patients, giving explanations about their disease and script patients’ private data. In this paper, the doctors’ deontological, judicial and criminal responsibility are evaluated.tr_TR
