The psychotic symptoms related to Parkinson’s Disease (PD) are
often resistant to antipsychotics, and management of psychotic features
is one of the most critical issues in the treatment of PD. We
reported a 42-year-old man with PD and medically intractable PD
associated psychosis who was significantly benefitted from electroconvulsive
therapy
